The previous year, Nigel was invited to perform with the Macao Orchestra in Macao, China for the opening of the 31st Macao International Music Festival.
Nigel is also an active member of the local ensemble, Singapore Horn Sounds. In 2017, the group presented a joint recital with the horn students from Mahidol University in a successful attempt to bridge the cultural gap through music. Upon their return, the Singapore Horn Sounds held its debut recital at the Esplanade Recital Studio to a full house.
Nigel is currently the French Horn tutor to several of Singapore’s secondary schools and junior colleges, and Assistant Band Director at two secondary schools.
